We can host up to 45 guests in winter and 57 in summer — and if you’ve got a few extra, we can always find space for a mattress or two.

Rooms & Studios
Budget Double Room
Simple, snug, and all yours — with a comfy double bed, shared kitchen and bathroom, and fresh linen and towels. Ideal for couples or solo travellers who want a base to explore the Catlins.
Economy Quadruple Room (Shared Bathroom)
One single bed, one double bed, and a bunk bed — shared kitchen and bathroom, garden-view balcony. Perfect for families or small groups. Bathroom is shared, but we keep it sparkling. Free cot available on request.
Studio – Disability Access
Spacious, light, and designed for comfort and accessibility. Two single beds, one double bed, private kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony with peaceful garden views
Queen Studio – Disability Access
A cosy, accessible studio with a queen bed, private kitchenette, bathroom, and balcony overlooking the gardens.
Two Bedroom Apartments
Spacious two bedroom apartments with lounge area, full kitchen and private bathroom. Capable of sleeping 9-10people.
Huts, Units & Camp Sites
Transportable Huts (River & Toitoi)
Only here for six months of the year over our Summer months. Quirky, cosy, and full of character. Both have a queen bed and heating, with shared bathroom facilities close by.
Camp & Camper Sites
Grass beneath your feet, stars above your head. Tent sites from $15pp/night or powered campervan sites from $20pp/night. Camp kitchen, laundry, and separate ladies’ and gents’ facilities included.
